Name something that people would be shocked or surprised to know that you enjoy?

I for some reason enjoy cyst removals. I don't know... it's amazing to me when I see them its like how the fuck is that possible its so huge and gushing! It's a morbid fascination more than enjoyment... but maybe I enjoy it.
